Once it is setup we email you a digital proof for approving and signoff

When that is returned we commence the job

faq’s

The usual rule of thumb is 10 days from confirmation of order and sign off of artwork.
Your promotional specialist will advise you of any pack sizes or run minimums for particular items. We do not sell one offs to general public.
Absolutely! Provide your PMS or Pantone colours for us to match and use in your design process. Embroidery is matched to as close as possible in thread colour and printing uses pantone colours. We have provided a quick reference chart for you to match to, if you need assistance please ask.
Once you have narrowed down what you are after we arrange samples for you to allow you to confirm an order. These are provided on a 7 day right of return basis. All samples need to be returned in the same condition they arrived in and within time otherwise they will be charged out.
